Wooxie is a Free Social Network for personal and business use. Wooxie offers microblogging, macroblogging, a personal blog, picture galleries, article and blog submission for personal and business plus much more!
Who can use Wooxie?
You may only use and become a registered member of Wooxie if you are 13 years old or older.
You further warrant that you have not been convicted or are subject to any court order relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment.
What content can I post on Wooxie?
You are able to post all kinds contents including messages, articles, blog posts, photos and others.Hence there are some rules about what is acceptable. You cannot post or send such content which:
- contains expletives or language which could be offensive or is likely to harass or annoy any other person;
- is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity;
- is abusive, insulting or threatening, or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or defamatory;
- involves the transmission of "spam" messages or such;
- infringes any third party’s rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights).
Are there any rules relating to personal information?
You may not display any personal contact like phone number or banking information on your individual profile page whether in relation to you or any other person. If you do choose to reveal any personal information about yourself to other users, whether via email or otherwise, it is at your own risk. We encourage you to use the same caution in disclosing details about yourself to third parties online as you would under any other circumstances.
Ownership of Content
You own all of the content and information you post on Wooxie and you can control how it is shared.
Please note though that by posting or sending content on Wooxie you represent and warrant to us that you have the right to do so, and automatically grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use such content in any way (including editing, copying, modifying, reformatting and otherwise making available to the general public).
We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to us is a violation of their intellectual property rights or of their right to privacy or any other law.
