These phytoplankton serves as a catalyst that helps in the conversion of inorganic minerals and sea water, natural warmth, and the Earth's sunlight and carbon dioxide into a more ready and sensible vitamins, proteins, amino acids, and carbohydrates, which in the long run provides the fundamental food of the marine ecosystem, as mentioned above.

MP undeniably helps on the production of oxygen. Phytoplanktons are deemed the grasses of the sea and the only mode we can benefit from phytoplankton is by consuming fishes and other marine food. With phytoplankton, we are provided with our body's much required raw materials to be healthy physically and mentally.

In fact, there has been an increase in the benefits of phytoplanktons in our body and that it is also needed for our complete nutrition needs. It can sustain a healthy heart and a healthy liver and as for those who hate cholesterol, MP can reduce such unwanted fats as sugar in the blood can be relieved by these phytoplankton of the sea. Joint pains will be no more and all you'd get is an increased vitality and energy. Eating directly from the alleged primary producers will give you more energy compared to the event of you eating down the food chain.

What's good about marine phytoplankton too is that they are not distressed completely by toxins and nutrient depletion so they can still provide a lot of benefits to us.
