Converged Communication Systems (CCS) is a leading partner for Nortel Chicago & Nortel Milwaukee clients.

CCS has been providing sales, support and leading telecommunication services througout the U.S. They are now strongly engaged in supporting Nortel Chicago and Nortel Milwaukee clients. CCS was founded in 2003 by Kevin Rubin and Steve Melchiorre. Steve Melchiorre was appointed to serve on the Avaya SMB Business Partner Council on 9-13-2009. The council meets regularly by webcast and in person to discuss various topics and to go over market trends. The leadership team meets in various business cities throughout the U.S.
