And once you are accepted your PageRank may increase. The only problem is that submitting to Yahoo's directory is not free. In fact, to some, it's a bit costly. But if you really are serious and want to increase traffic online then it's worth the cost. I've seen websites go straight to the first page of Google results just from being included in this directory.
